Who we are

Showerkind is a brand and online shop of Codext GmbH, Frankenstraße 10, 74549 Wolpertshausen, Germany (HRB 772091, Amtsgericht Stuttgart, managing director Daniel Ehrhardt). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and are the total you pay, with free shipping. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, returns and guarantee

Our shipping policy and returns and guarantee policy are part of these terms.

Product information

We describe the product from the manufacturer's specifications and our own checks. Sizes and weights are approximate and colours can look different on different screens. The filter helps reduce chlorine in shower water. It is not a drinking water filter and not a water softener, and it does not treat any health or skin condition. It is not a shower head and does not change the flow rating of your shower; a small drop in pressure is normal on low-pressure systems.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer in Australia, this choice does not take away the protection of the laws of the state or territory where you live, and you can bring a claim there.

Disputes

Please write to [email protected] first. Most problems are solved within a day or two. You can also contact the consumer protection agency in your state or territory.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you ordered apply to your order.
